WHAT IS RUBIK
The Rubik concept stands out for its particular linear architecture, encompassing elementary features to combine with the natural environment. The large windows of the house favour the entry of natural light during a large part of the day.

Rubik manages to unify these characteristics with the essential elements of the Mediterranean style, where the aim is to play with the Mediterranean culture, whose main objective is to allow the sun to flood every corner of the house. The warm colours favour the construction techniques of the Mediterranean style, with openwork shutters, lattices, terracotta colours, wood, beams and high ceilings.

The project will be built in the urbanization Monte y Mar, in Gran Alacant. A quiet place to live due to its proximity to the key points of the city such as the Altet Airport only 5 minutes away, the city centre only 10 minutes away and the Arenales del Sol and Carabassí beaches, only 2km away.
