Newly built semi-detached villa with private pool and 6 km from the beach in San Fulgencio, Alicante. Delivery November 2023

We present a residential project consisting of 18 houses of a single typology in the form of a villa, in San Fulgencio, Alicante.

The houses are attached at the back giving the feeling that we are in a detached villa, and the serialization occurs in a semi-detached form, thus obtaining houses with three fronts.

The houses are developed on the first floor, where we can see a large living-dining-kitchen that connects directly to the outdoor terraces, pool and garden. 
On this first floor there is also a double bedroom and a single bedroom that can also be used as a multifunctional room. The house has a large laundry room directly connected to a more private area of the garden. 

The second floor is reserved for an en suite bedroom and a large solarium where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun every day of the year.
